Just to let you all know in case you have missed it, added a new section to the site. Liqueur's is now functioning. Gunther Anderson was thoughtful enough to allow me to re print is great article on Liqueur making from his site so I edited to fit Honeycreeks theme and put that section of his site up. Though it is a great article and informative if you want a more in depth how too please visit his site that is listed on the Liqueur how too page you will not be sorry, very nice.
I also added a Liqueur recipe section for those that desire to dive into this. I myself make and have made Liqueur's for years. I wanted to write my own how too guide but after reading Gunther's I decided I could not do any justice to it like he had done already for the art.
So give it a try, not hard at all as in basics all you are doing is flavoring your favorite drink of choice, Brandy, Vodka what ever it maybe. Same basic principles of wine making apply as far as air lock, racking, sugar syrup and so on as well as patients which is the key to all things.

Anyway have fun and by all means ask if you need help or submit your favorite recipes to the database if you already make your own Liqueur's. I am not at this point going to add a Forum section for it unless traffic grows desiring it so post in the normal Wine help section and we shall see what happens with it.

Also for those that maybe interested though Making wine is my joy I also love riding with family and friends on our ATV's around the farm and country. If your in to this as well we have another site for you called ORVCountry.com. It can be found out http://www.orvcountry.com/ join us there and tell us about your rides and/or trips would love to hear them.
