Apricot Brandy Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 heaping Tablespoons of thick apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 1/2 cups 80-proof brandy
Whip the jam and the brandy well in a blender. Put in a tightly closed jar and store in a warm spot for 6 weeks. Strain through cloth and add honey. mixing well. LEave to clear.
