Prickly Pear Wine
Ingredients
Simple little recipe to follow. A 5 gallon bucket of Prickly Pears makes about 2 gallons of juice add 4 cups of sugar per gallon, wine yeast, 1 teaspoon per gallon Mix juice. Skim then stir daily for a week. Let stand for 3 more weeks. Rack and let stand another 2 to 6 months.
