Welch's concentrate Wine
Ingredients
- 1 can (11.5 oz.) 100% Juice (I used Welch's "Juice Makers")
- Water
- 2 lbs. Sugar (approx)
- 2 tsp Acid Blend
- 1 tsp. Pectic Enzyme
- 1 tsp Nutrient
- Wine Yeast
This recipe is for 1 gallon. Mix all but the yeast in a 1 gallon jug. Use just enough water so you leave a couple inch's of air space in jug. Check Specific gravity. Add sugar to bring it to 1.090. Add yeast and let ferment. Ready to drink when finished fermenting and clearing.
