Wine Custard
Ingredients
Wine Custard-6 servings
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 unbeaten eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
Place all the ingredients in the top of a double boiler (over not into boiling water) beat vigorously with a wire whisk. Cook the custard until it thickens (beat it continually) serve hot or cold
